Metal Cats

Metal Cats is a photography book published May 06 of 2014.  This project was started in October of 2010, with photoshoots in Seattle, then expanding in the following years to Portland, San Francisco, Oakland, San Diego and Los Angeles, among other smaller cities along the West Coast.  Other photos included in this project are a small selection of the 700+ images submitted by fans over the four years the project was in process.  These submissions came from every continent and a wide variety of countries, showing that the culture of metal dudes with cats is a worldwide phenomenon :D.

Metal shows themed by Metal Cats to benefit a local shelter in each of the major cities photographed in have occurred in Seattle, Portland, Oakland and Los Angeles.  Some of the shelters already benefitted by Metal Cats are:

More shows will be held in future months and years to continue benefitting the no-kill movement and feral rescue.
